Get ready as the Scouts and Guides of Bath present their biggest show yet. The Bath Gang Show's been shaken up, re-mixed and taken to a whole new level with music, dance, comedy and special effects. The Bath Gang Show is taking place at the Kingswood Theatre, Lansdown, Bath from Wednesday 28th - Saturday 31st May 2008. Performances start at 7:15pm (2:15 for the Saturday Matinee) and tickets are priced at £8 (£6 for Children aged 14 and under, Excluding Saturday Evening). We are also offering a 10% discount on group bookings of 10 or more tickets purchased for the same performances. 22nd Annual Bath Spring Flower Show
At the Royal Victoria Park, Bath
Apart from the glorious flowers and plants to admire, the Show offers a friendly, welcoming day out for all the family with an entire marquee dedicated to children's activities, animals to stroke, competitions marquee, stalls, refreshments, music and entertainment, lectures by garden experts, floral displays and much more. The Main Floral Marquee is always packed with stunning exhibits from plantsmen and women from across the country showing perfect blooms in pristine condition, but also offering plants for sale or to order and they are always willing to dispense helpful advice and new ideas. Highlights always include truly inspirational displays of spring flowering bulbs, fuchsias, clematis and violas, alongside more unusual Japanese maples and bonsai trees, to name but a few specimens. It's a Bank Holiday treat for all the family - especially as the kids go free, and there's easy parking nearby. Bath International Music Festival

Bath International Music Festival, one of the most prestigious music festivals in the UK, celebrates it's 60th anniversary in 2008. Artistic Director Joanna MacGregor's programme features an eclectic lively mix of classical, contemporary, jazz, world, electronica and folk music, which draws on the best of the past whilst looking boldly to the future. This year's Festival includes performances by the London Symphony Orchestra, directed by former Festival Artistic Director Sir Colin Davis, the Great Voices of Bulgaria choir, and opera from the Armonico Consort. On Friday 23 May from 6pm, Party in the City celebrates the 60th anniversary of the Music Festival by bringing alive venues across the city. Enjoy performances in dozens of venues and outdoor spaces, ending with an exciting outdoor show in the heart of the city and dancing to a scintillating Brazilian Orchestra, all completely FREE. The Royal Bath and West Show

The Zutons

The Zutons are currently recording their new album in LA, the follow-up to the multi platinum selling albums 'Who Killed The Zutons?' and 'Tired Of Hanging Around'. They have announced their first UK tour in two years at seven unique forest locations across the UK including Westonbirt - The National Arboretum. Status Quo will be appearing at Westonbirt - The National Arboretum on Sunday 22nd June 2008. Status Quo has become a rock'n'roll institution. Paw Trek

The Guide Dogs for the Blind Association is hosting its 17th Great Paw Trek at Longleat. It has begun appealing to the hundreds of dogs and their owners from across the county to sign-up to join the fundraising stride for charity. Art For Life
at Green Park Station
Art for life is back! The successful Art fair of 2007 which raised over £10,000 for The Forever Friend Appeal's NICU 'space to grow' Campaign, will this year be taking place in Green Park Station from May 20th to 1st June, yet again helping the premature and desperately ill babies of the RUH. The Art Fair will have space for 500 paintings ranging from £100 to £10,000, and you can be involved. Entries will be £5 per painting, limited to 3 paintings per artist and accepted on a 'first come, first served basis'. To become a part of this exciting event visit www.artforlifebath.org or call in at any local B&NES library, Victoria Art Gallery, or most art framers in Bath to pick up a form and have your chance to display your art work for the campaign. The Art Fair will be open everyday in the 13 day period, and everyone is welcome to come along and view the stunning selection of paintings. Katherine Jenkins Play Westonbirt

Katherine Jenkins with The National Symphony Orchestra conducted by Anthony Inglis will be performing at Westonbirt - The National Arboretum on Saturday 19th July 2008. Re-defining the concept of classical crossover, Katherine has achieved global sales of over 3 million. Her debut album, 2004's appropriately titled 'Premiere', was the fastest selling of all time by a Mezzo Soprano, with well over 30,000 copies snapped up in the first week. She is the only singer in musical history to simultaneously hold the Number 1, 2, 3 and 4 position in the classical album charts, which she achieved with 'Premiere', 'Second Nature', 'Living the Dream' and 'Serenade' in 2007. 'Serenade' also went to Number 5 in the pop charts and has sold over a half a million copies to date. Katherine's new album 'Rejoice' was released this November.
